- Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, may not be eligible for return.

- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

3. Return Shipping:  

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
